What’s your Processing Time?
I do my best to get orders out ASAP. However, the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Typically they are packaged within 6-8 business days; however I aim to get them out quicker. During Holiday updates & high volume times orders may take 7-14 business days to be packaged + processed.
There are no shipping refunds for incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered.

Do you accept Returns & Exchanges?
Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package if you have any issues with your order.
Lost or stolen packages?
If your order does not arrive & tracking says it has been delivered, please let me know. I am happy to place a claim with Canada Post or UPS on your behalf. It is also helpful to contact your local postage carrier. Xálish Medicines is not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to us due to incorrect address, if a package is stolen, or if they could not deliver. As always, I’ll do my best to ensure the Medicines make their way to you!
What’s your Estimated Delivery Times?
CANADA: 3-7 Business days after shipping
USA: 5-14 Business days after shipping
The vast majority of orders to the USA arrive swiftly; however I cannot guarantee delivery dates as it Post delivery times & Customs. Xálish Medicines assumes no liability for shipping delays due to Customs or the Post. It is recommended to purchase tracking if you are concerned with delivery status.

How much does the Shipping Cost?
CANADA $16 for Canada Post, $19 for UPS
USA $14 for Canada Post, $19 for UPS
*Shipping at Xálish Medicines discretion, I may choose UPS if it is a better/faster option based on weight and size of package. Please email me if you need Canada Post or UPS due to location. Thank you!

FAQ’s
Will you like to taste of tinctures?
It depends on the Plant Medicine & individual! Tinctures are typically extracted in alcohol & glycerine and usually have a bit stronger taste than an Oxymel or Syrup. Some folks love the taste & some don’t. They are intended to act as healing & aligning offerings ~ not for their deliciousness. Feel free to add to a bit of Water, giving gratitude to the Medicine + Water, to temper the taste :)
Where do I start learning about plants?
There are many ways to delve into learning more about Plant Medicines! I believe it starts with relationship building, learning which Plants you are already in Community with that grow around you as well as relationship to your intution. What are Flower Essences?
Flower Essences are a vibrational medicine that attune our body + mind + spirit back to a harmonious state ~ embodying the alignment found in Nature {Humxns also being Nature}. Offering healing, shifts, harmony & reminders of our most aligned selves. To read more: Flower Essence Instagram Post
What is the difference between an Oxymel, a Flower Essence & a Tincture?
Simply speaking an Oxymel is typically a Plant extract made with Honey + Vinegar as the menstruum. A Tincture is a Plant extract typically crafted with Alcohol or Glyerine as the menstruum. And a Flower Essences is a vibrational medicine stabilized with Spring Water & Brandy {or other liquid}. Flower Essences & other Environmental Essences typically do not have Plant constituents in the Medicine as they are vibrational in Nature & work on subtle levels of the energy body + physical body.
